One-time document purchase

Each EZFormsAI form is sold as a separate one-time purchase at the price displayed before checkout, plus applicable tax if required. Purchasing a form does not create a membership, subscription, recurring charge, automatic renewal, or obligation to buy anything else.

Self-help document preparation

EZFormsAI is a software-based self-help document preparation service. It is not a law firm, does not act as your attorney, and does not provide individualized legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney when you need legal advice about your circumstances.

Your information and document review

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you enter and for reviewing the completed document before signing or using it. EZFormsAI is not responsible for errors or consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized customer information.

State, local, and third-party requirements

Requirements differ by jurisdiction and transaction and can change. A generated document may need disclosures, statutory language, witnesses, notarization, filing, recording, registration, title documents, agency forms, or other steps. A third party or government agency may require its own form.

No guarantee or warranty of outcome

Documents and website services are provided on an 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. EZFormsAI does not guarantee acceptance by a third party or any particular legal, financial, medical, tax, registration, title, or court result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZFormsAI and its owners, operators, affiliates, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from customer information, changes in law, third-party requirements, or use without appropriate review.

EZFormsAI's total aggregate liability arising from a purchased document will not exceed the amount paid for that document. Nothing excludes a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Because each purchased document is customized and generated for immediate digital delivery, completed-document sales are final and no change-of-mind refunds are offered, except where required by law or when EZFormsAI fails to deliver because of a verified technical problem.

Agreement at checkout

Before payment, customers must separately acknowledge the self-help/no-legal-advice notice, customer responsibility and limitation notice, and all-sales-final/no-refund notice.
