Information used to prepare your document

EZFormsAI collects information you enter to prepare the requested document and information needed to process payment. Answers may be kept temporarily in your browser so a canceled checkout does not erase your work. After successful payment, those locally saved answers are deleted. An encrypted temporary order token is used to release the completed document after payment verification.

Payment information

Credit-card payment is processed by Stripe. EZFormsAI does not receive or store your full card number through this website.

Form information

Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information. EZFormsAI does not require an account and does not create a customer document library. Temporary order information is intended to expire after the purchase session.

Legal and operational records

Payment processors and hosting providers may retain transaction, security, and diagnostic information under their policies and legal obligations. Verified Stripe checkout records are also used to calculate the public lifetime completed-purchase total and private owner statistics by document type.
